Food Safety and Postharvest Handling Training

Join UMN Extension educator Annalisa Hultberg for an in-depth training on on-farm food safety and postharvest handling as part of the 2025 Local Foods Summer Workshop Series hosted by the Environmental Institute at �鶹��. This training is taught by UMN Extension and will include interactive activities and examples of best practices to ensure your produce is safe and long-lasting for your customers.
